This is a sample of a WOW Technique that was demonstrated at the Stampin' Up! Regional Conference on February 18, 2006. The background is actually a coffee filter colored with classic re-inkers and water. Then it is dried with a heat gun. The filter is mounted onto cardstock to create a stunning background! This is definetly on my list of techiniques to play with!!
